The hotel had clean rooms with good quality bedding, but there was a 'Tack' sound from the refrigerator at night that disturbed my sleep. The service was stellar, with helpful and friendly staff who assisted us with getting Universal Studios passes. The location was perfect, close to the convention center and international drive, but it could get quite busy at times. The dining experience was excellent, offering good value for money with a friendly breakfast staff catering to individual needs. The facilities were well-maintained for a pleasant stay.
